Erin Luizzi Wallace joined the firm in 2005 and concentrates her practice in the areas of divorce and other family law matters. Ms. Wallace became a partner of Witmer, Karp, Warner & Ryan, LLP in December 2013. She has extensive experience with all aspects of domestic relations law, including divorce, modification and contempt proceedings for high net worth individuals facing complex family issues, which includes, among other things, marital property division, treatment of inherited and gifted property, non-traditional compensation issues, business valuation, alimony, child support and child custody/parenting issues.

Ms. Wallace has received repeated recognition as a Massachusetts Rising Star in Boston Magazine's Massachusetts Super Lawyers edition (2009, 2011, 2012), as well as appearing in Boston Magazine's 2013 edition recognizing the top female attorneys in Massachusetts. She has also been recognized as a Massachusetts "Rising Star" in the New England Super Lawyers Edition.

Ms. Wallace is a graduate of Boston College (BA magna cum laude, 2002) and received her law degree from Boston College Law School (JD cum laude, 2005). She was admitted to the Massachusetts bar in 2005 and has practiced exclusively in the area of family law since that time. Ms. Wallace is a member of the Family Law sections of the Massachusetts, American and Boston Bar Associations, as well as a member of the Women's Bar Association.

In 2006, Ms. Wallace co-authored an article for the Boston Bar Journal entitled, "Betrayed by Your Beloved: Spousal Testimony Before the Grand Jury."
